Make the Vienna style chicken breast with tartar sauce and fine ratatouille (for 2 people)

INGREDIENTS
Vienna style chicken breast:


3 chicken breasts (ideally from Bresse


50 gr of fine breadcrumbs


1 egg


25 gr of flour


Salt pepper


Ratatouille:


1 pot of ratatouille Georges Blanc


Tartar sauce:


1 jar of Georges Blanc tartar sauce

PREPARATION
Viennese:


- Flatten chicken breasts between two layers of foil. 


- Flour, pass beaten egg and bread with breadcrumbs.


- Brown in foamy butter and cut into lozenges or triangles for example


Ratatouille:


Pour the contents of the ratatouille pot into a small saucepan to heat it, preferably in a bain-marie



ASSEMBLY AND DRESSING
Arrange the breaded cutlets on both plates, serve the tartar sauce next to it and add a portion of ratatouille.


Our advice: you can also keep the ratatouille cold and dress it in small verrines for a better-looking effect!
